Hungary – Animal feedstuffs – Takarmány beszerzés-DBR

This procurement procedure is for the creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DPS) according to Sections 106-107 of the Public Procurement Act, the purpose of which is to procure the following feed and fodder for Hortobágyi Természetvédelmi és Génmegőrző Nonprofit Kft. in the following categories:

1. Part (category): Barley groats

2. Part (category): Corn stover

3. Part (category): Meadow hay

4. Part (category): Alfalfa hay

5. Part (category): Conventional sweet corn

6. Part (category): BIO sweet corn

7. Part (category): Sheep feed

8. Part (category): Horse feed

9. Part (category): Oats

10. Part (category): Horse vitamins and other supplements

11. Part (category): Dog feed

12. Part (category): Lick

The Contracting Authority, under Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to determine the possibility of submitting partial tenders in the invitation to tender sent simultaneously with the invitation to tender, regarding the specific procurement needs set out therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements.

The Contracting Authority, under Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, provides a detailed technical description (quantity, characteristics, etc.) of the specific procurements to be carried out in the DPS at the same time as the invitation(s) to tender is/are sent.

The Contracting Authority sets general contractual terms, which must be interpreted together with the specific contracts resulting from the procedures according to the invitations to tender.
