U.M.F.C.D. intends to acquire the aforementioned services in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference, Technical Proposal and the Framework Agreement to be concluded between the parties for 48 months. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications is 18 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority responds to all requests for clarification 11 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
