The subject of the contract is: Delivery of laboratory equipment for the needs of the organisational units of the Medical University of Silesia in Wrocław. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 separately evaluated parts, namely: Part 1 Shaker with incubation for 4 microplates for the Department of Medical Biology (order number AZK-Z/2524-90/26) Part 2 Ultrasonic cleaner for the Department of Pharmaceutical Biology and Botany (order number AZK-Z/2524-85/26). 3. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Attachment No. 2 Part 1 and Part 2 to SWZ). The contracting authority requires that the offered products meet the requirements set out in the Technical Information Sheet. The detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Contract Template (Attachment No. 3 to SWZ).
