Finland – Construction work – OSALLISTUMISPYYNTÖ: HUS Meilahden sairaala-alue, Pysäköinnin uudisrakennushanke

This invitation to participate concerns the new construction project for a parking garage to be built at Oksakoskenpolku, Meilahti, Helsinki. The contract will be tendered as a comprehensive contract. The main contractor will also be responsible for the electrical and mechanical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) contracts. The aim of the project is to improve the parking situation in the Meilahti hospital area. The parking garage is planned to have space for approximately 400 vehicles. The parking garage will be a five-storey, open, ventilated and unheated parking structure. The planned gross area is 11 110 m2. The procurement exceeds the EU threshold value. The procurement procedure is a restricted procedure. According to the preliminary schedule for the procurement, the selection of tenderers will be made in November based on the applications to participate, after which the final invitation to tender will be published for the tenderers approved for the second round. The estimated calculation period for the contract is November – December 2026/January 2027. The aim is to sign the contract in early 2027.
