The DOVA cooperation association wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with a full-service campaign agency for the national, multi-year Image Programme OV through this restricted EU procurement. Additionally, two reserve agencies will be contracted. The Contract concerns the further development and implementation of a multi-year image programme aimed at strengthening the image of public transport in the Netherlands. The services include, among other things, strategic communication advice, campaign development, creative production, media placement, optimisation and programmatic support. For a more detailed description of the Contract, reference is made to the Selection Guide. The estimated size of the Contract is € 2,250,000 excluding VAT over the full duration of the Image Programme OV. The maximum combined value of the Framework Agreements is € 4,500,000 excluding VAT.
