Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – LOS 11 Objektplanungsleistungen (Geb./Innenr.) LPH 5-9, Erweiterung der EKG-Schule in Barsbüttel

The municipality of Barsbüttel intends to expand the Erich-Kästner-Community School (EKG) in Barsbüttel. This involves continuing the design and approval planning. Based on the space requirements analysis, the expansion of the school is to be planned. Sustainable building should also be considered in the choice of building materials, window orientation, facade design, and possibly a green roof. The further planning must comply with the funding guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of the State of Schleswig-Holstein. The object is to be planned taking into account the relevant legal, technical and safety regulations. The order is to be placed in stages. Tentatively: 1. Stage: LPH 5-7 2. Stage: LPH 8 3. Stage: LPH 9 These determinations will be discussed with the bidders who will be admitted to the indicative phase. It is noted that the office dealing with the previous planning may possibly participate in this tender. There is no advantage in knowledge, as the results of the planning will be the basis for this tender. The award procedures for the appointment of the specialist planners have already been completed.

RESTRICTION If there are more than four suitable applicants, a restriction in the sense of § 51 VgV will be made. A restriction of the number of suitable applicants according to § 51 VgV, who are invited to submit an offer, to four applicants, will be made on the basis of the number of references. ATTENTION MINIMUM STANDARDS

1. On-site appointment LPH 8= regularly 1x per week, with the possibility of ensuring extraordinary on-site appointments

2. The project team must consist of at least: project management, deputy, construction supervisor and another employee

ATTENTION: Separation of building and interior design (LPH 5-9) - extension (Lot 10) The expansion of the SEK II - Extension (cost centre 300 - 751.147,50 € and cost centre 400 - 50.800,00 €) allocable costs: 801.947,50 is NOT included in the service advertised here.
