The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the Stanisław Sakiel Burn Treatment Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie (hereinafter also the "Burn Treatment Centre") in the field of transporting patients by specialized sanitary transport means of type "T" to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Workshop of the Burn Treatment Centre. The conditions and quality requirements set by the contracting authority in respect of the service provided, including the patient transport means and the rescue team, are described in Section 5, point 5.2 of the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract are described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
