The Städtische Klinikum Kiel (SKK) is to receive a new AEMP and a new endoscopy reprocessing unit as part of the new construction project. Both areas are located in the basement of Building 6. The aim is to implement a good overall concept for the reprocessing of sterile goods. The scope of this tender provides for the delivery, installation and commissioning of the following equipment: Lot 1: - 4 steam sterilizers (8StE, 9 StE or 10 StE) with unloading system and with 2 electric steam generators - Partition wall element with return window (clean / sterile area) - Loading trolley - Maintenance and validation Lot 2: - 2 large CWAs in the AEMP - 1 smaller CWA in the endoscopy reprocessing, due to the room size this CWA must not be larger than 250x205cm (WxD). - 5 to 6 pass-through RDGs for the AEMP (the tender is deliberately conceptually open here.) with pass-through window/return lock - Automation system in the unclean and in the clean area (e.g. roller conveyor, robot etc.) - 2 pass-through RDGs for the reprocessing of operating theatre shoes on the 2nd floor - 1 central metering system in the basement with pipes up to the basement floor. - Maintenance and validation - Accessory trolley. It should be noted that the room height in the basement is severely limited. The room height (LRH) is 2.35m and the ceiling height 3.06m. There is a high installation density of the building services in the suspended ceiling. As a result, only approx. 10cm of ceiling construction is available for installation in the ceiling area. A multi-stage procedure is envisaged. In the competitive dialogue, the general suitability of the bidder is examined and in the 2nd selection stage of the competitive dialogue, a suitability per lot is examined. After passing this selection stage, the number of tenderers is reduced to a maximum of 3 per lot (in the event of equal points, the lot decides). The 3 tenderers from Lot 1 and the 3 tenderers from Lot 2 will then be invited to submit an offer. After the offer phase, negotiations will follow with the respective tenderers, who will then have the opportunity to submit a final offer.
