Finland – Construction work – Sähkö- ja instrumentointiurakoinnin puitejärjestely 2026

The subject of the procurement is the electrification and process instrumentation installation works for the Helen Group, in the extent determined by the Contracting Authority, in the area of the City of Helsinki. The framework agreement is divided into three (3) sub-areas:

Sub-area A: Process and building electrification works under two hundred thousand euros (< 200 000 Eur)

Sub-area B: Process and building electrification works over two hundred thousand euros (> 200 000 Eur)

Sub-area C: Process instrumentation works

The framework agreement mainly includes contracts. Time and materials are to be procured as clear, smaller units. Time and materials do not refer to standby work. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes.

CONTRACT PERIOD

The aim is for the framework agreement to enter into force in February 2027. The agreement is in force until further notice. However, the agreement is in force until 30.11.2035 at the latest, after which the agreement will end automatically without separate termination. See also the framework agreement, clause 6, in the annex. The framework agreement is finalised in the tendering phase.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire contract period is a total of 88 000 000 euros (VAT 0 %).
