Maximum 6 333 333,00 euro(s) VAT Excl. for the required variant OVER 8 YEARS including maintenance services P2 / P5 / P3 completed with the PSE P1 PSE n°1: Supply of forest plates for certain sites thresholds Minimum 1 600 000,00 euro(s) VAT Excl. Maximum 8 333 333,00 euro(s) VAT Excl. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. To date, on the college competence, the DEJS manages and directly handles the exploitation and maintenance contracts as well as minor works on quotes (of type P2 with a share of P5) of 9 colleges, i.e. 7 with wood boilers (including the supply of wood P1) and 2 colleges with automated technical management. This ensures the operational safety, good performance, good condition and sustainability of the facilities. The other 21 colleges have their own contract with often an insufficient range of maintenance services, quickly making the equipment obsolete. The college of Claira currently under construction with an estimated completion date of 31/08/2027 will be the subject of a new maintenance contract. The objective of the present contract is to centralise the management of all college and future establishment contracts by the DEJS in order to ensure the sustainability of the facilities, the optimisation and monitoring of consumption, greater reactivity to ensure service continuity.
