The Pfalzklinikum plans to expand the juvenile detention facilities in the southern area of the clinic grounds at 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. The subject of the current EU-wide tender is the specialist lot for floor coating works. The expansion includes a 2-storey new building (with partial basement as a WU construction) including access area and sports hall. The building is designed as an in-situ concrete, prefabricated (walls/ceilings) and masonry construction. A separate workshop hall for the occupational therapy area with a connection to the existing building 50 is also part of the expansion scope. The current tender concerns the specialist lot for floor coating works (substrate preparation and floor and wall coatings with reaction resins for building 49N and the workshop hall).
