France – Public-service buses – Acquisition d'autobus biarticulés électriques neufs à batteries

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of new electric articulated buses for public transport. The "Goods", as defined in the present framework agreement, as set out in the Technical and Financial Specifications Document (CCTPF) of the framework agreement, include the "flash" in-line rapid charging system for lot no. 2. They are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting authority as defined in Article L1212-3, 4° of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), in their capacity as operators of networks intended to provide a public service in the field of passenger transport.
