The subject of the successive orders to be awarded under the DSZ will be the delivery of telecommunications equipment and software for the KWP in Szczecin, the Boards in Szczecin CBŚP and CBZC. 2. The validity period of the DSZ: until 31.12.2028. 3. The expected date for placing orders covered by the DSZ: - categories I, II, III, IV, V and IX – every quarter; - categories VI, VII, VIII, X – every half year. The placing of orders, including the specification of quantity and value, will result from the current needs of the Purchaser and the available funds. 4. The subject of the orders to be awarded under the DSZ has been divided into the following categories: a) Category I: Desktop and portable computers Estimated quantity 1889 units. Estimated net value 8,214,309 PLN. b) Category II: Computer monitors Estimated quantity 868 units. Estimated net value 667,642 PLN. c) Category III: Printing devices and plotters Estimated quantity 634 units. Estimated net value 4,398,780 PLN. d) Category IV: Computer scanners Estimated quantity 64 units. Estimated net value 72,846 PLN. e) Category V: Software packages Estimated quantity 679 units. Estimated net value 1,380,081 PLN. f) Category VI: Equipment and software for investigative informatics Estimated quantity 32 units. Estimated net value 1,463,415 PLN. g) Category VII: Servers Estimated quantity 21 units. Estimated net value 2,439,024 PLN. h) Category VIII: Network devices Estimated quantity 80 units. Estimated net value 1,626,016 PLN. i) Category IX: Telephone equipment Estimated quantity 561 units. Estimated net value 889,024 PLN. j) Category X: GSM telephones Estimated quantity 100 units. Estimated net value 284,553 PLN. 5. The above quantities are indicative and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the Purchaser to fully realise them. 6. The Purchaser allows for the submission of applications and offers in relation to each of the categories covered by the DSZ. 7. The detailed description of the subject of the order covered by the DSZ will be indicated by the Purchaser in the invitation to tender.
