Romania – Medical equipments – Ecograf urologie

The contract concerns the supply of a high-performance ultrasound machine for urological investigations, including transport, installation, commissioning, training of medical and technical personnel, and provision of warranty and maintenance services, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The equipment will enable urological ultrasound investigations, including targeted prostate biopsy procedures through the fusion of ultrasound images with CT/MRI images, elastography examinations, and the use of ultrasound probes compatible with robotic-assisted laparoscopic interventions. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, as per Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20. The contractor will have a delivery and installation deadline of a maximum of 8 weeks from the date of contract signature and the establishment of the performance bond.
