Netherlands – Supply services of domestic help personnel – Europese Aanbesteding Huishoudelijke Ondersteuning, Rhenen

In the current situation, the municipality of Rhenen has, via a European procurement, contracted five service providers for the implementation of the Wmo-customised provision Domestic Support (HO). The current agreement will expire on 31 March 2027. As of February 2026, the municipality of Rhenen has 414 HO clients. With this procurement, multiple care providers will be contracted for the provision of HO services. In addition, the municipality of Rhenen has Domestic Support for informal carers (HOM). In February 2026, this concerned 2 clients using the HOM arrangement. As of 31 March 2027, the municipality of Rhenen has no more contractual obligations and/or commitments to the current service providers. A maximum of 500 clients per year.
