Germany – Floor laying and covering work – Sanierung Baulich-Technische Infrastruktur: Parkettarbeiten

The content of the services listed in the schedule of services is the provision of parquet work consisting of: dismantling, supplements and new installations Dismantling of parquet floor coverings, approx. 80 m² New installation of parquet floor coverings on dry double floor system, approx. 300 m² New installation of parquet floor coverings in small areas, approx. 20 m² Renovation of parquet floor areas, approx. 7600 m² Renovation of solid wood staircase steps surfaces, approx. 230 lfm Deadlines: Work is to commence within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the AG (§5Abs. 2 Satz 2 VOB/B). The invitation will be sent to you by approximately 01.04.2027. The service is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 420 working days after the above deadline for the start of execution (5 working days/week) see also Annex 1 of the Special Contract Conditions VHB-214 (Contractual Execution Times for Parquet Works).
