Construction of accessible rental housing in Šmartno pod Šmarno goro in the 1st phase of the project, namely: - completion of three multi-family buildings (A, B and C) - construction of the fourth building (D) to the third extended phase, all in accordance with the legally valid building permit no. 351-434/2007-24 of 17.10.2007 and the project documentation for the implementation of the construction, project no. 250118, date of preparation December 2025 and supplement February 2026 (hereinafter: project documentation PZI), prepared by the designer Elea iC d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 21, 1000 Ljubljana. For the implementation of the order, the contracting authority has 6.484.000,00 EUR of funds available (excluding VAT). A tender that exceeds the specified amount of secured funds will be excluded from the public procurement process as inadmissible.
