Finland – Printing and related services – Paino- ja teippauspalveluiden puitejärjestely 2026-2027 (+1 +2)

The City of Kerava is tendering for the procurement of printing and labelling services. The procurement is divided into three (3) separate areas: Area 1: Printed Products Area 2: Roll-Ups, banners and tarpaulins Area 3: Labelling CPV code: Printing and related services (79800000-2) The subject of the lots are the products and services listed under the procurement subject criteria. The volume information in the invitation to tender is indicative and used for comparison and does not bind the Purchaser. A framework agreement will be established in the procurement, from which up to three (3) suppliers will be selected for each area. If fewer than two acceptable tenders are received for an area, the sole supplier for that area will be selected. The basis for selection is overall economic advantage, the basis for which is the lowest price. Suppliers are ranked in order of preference based on the best price. If a tie is reached in the comparison of tenders or the prices of the tenders are the same, the winner will be decided by drawing lots. The duration of the framework agreement contract is 1+1+2 years and the estimated start date of the contract is 1.11.2026. Submission of parallel tenders is prohibited. If a tenderer submits parallel tenders, only the last tender received will be considered in the tender comparison.
