Belgium – Processing and clearing services – MISE À DISPOSITION DE CHÈQUES-REPAS ET DE CHÈQUES-CADEAUX ÉLECTRONIQUES AU PERSONNEL DU PORT DE BRUXELLES

The service contract concerns the monthly provision of electronic meal vouchers to the staff of the Port of Brussels, as well as, optionally, the occasional provision of electronic gift vouchers. The mission includes:

- The creation of meal voucher accounts (and where applicable, gift voucher accounts) on which the nominal value can be deposited for the benefit of the staff members;

- The processing of orders and monthly debiting of the accounts of the staff members employed by the Port of Brussels;

- The issuance/creation and delivery of magnetic cards;

- The issuance, creation and supply of new cards in case of loss;

- The free notification by SMS and/or message generated on the GSM of the beneficiaries of the vouchers via a dedicated application (recharge, expiry, remaining balance);

- Provision of an application for smartphones allowing the beneficiary to view the real-time evolution of the voucher wallet.

- The security measures provided in case of loss/theft of the card (card stop, PIN code, etc.)
