Germany – Architectural and related services – Einstufiger, nichtoffener Realisierungswettbewerb mit Ideenteil "Neubau Stadthalle Schelklingen"

The procedure will be conducted as a single-stage, non-open design competition with an ideas component for construction and urban planning. A maximum of 15 participants is targeted. The competition is based on the guidelines for planning competitions RPW 2013 (dated 31.01.2013, with introduction decree of the State of Baden-Württemberg dated 27.03.2013), as well as the guidelines 51 and 52 of the AKBW (as of 04/2024). The application and recognition of the RPW 2013 are binding for the organiser, participants, and all other parties involved, unless this notice explicitly deviates from them. The organiser, participants, and all parties involved in the procedure acknowledge the content of this notice. The AKBW has been involved in the preparation of this competition in an advisory capacity. The notice has been registered there under the number 2026-2-02. Following the competition, a VgV negotiation procedure without a selection process will initially be conducted with the first prize winner.
