Germany – Repair and maintenance services – Inspektion, Datenaufnahme und Ertüchtigung der Straßenbeleuchtungsanlage mit anschließendem Wartungsvertrag für das Stadtgebiet 92655 Grafenwöhr

Within the scope of the inspection, data collection, and upgrading of the street lighting system with subsequent maintenance contract for the municipal area of Grafenwöhr, the following services are to be awarded:

1. Inspection:

- Visual and functional testing and inspection of approximately 1,794 lighting points, including cable transition boxes

- Conducting insulation tests to verify the protection class II and to ensure electrical safety at the lighting points

- Photographic documentation of the switching devices (internal and external) as well as defective lighting points due to damage to luminaires, masts, or the surrounding area of the luminaires

- Measurement of the loop impedance

2. Data collection and documentation (Data collection):

- Data collection and documentation of the switching devices and the associated luminaires

- Recording and documentation of the circuits, including the creation of a circuit diagram

- Recording of the mast locations using GPS surveying. The recorded data is to be entered in a plan showing the underground street lighting system

- Recording and documentation of the mast information and the mast age

- Recording and documentation of the lamp information

4. Stability testing
