The subject of the public contract (hereinafter "PC") is the provision of an international railway transport service for military equipment, materials and personnel for the deployment, supply, maintenance and withdrawal of units of the Ministry of Defence on European territory at a distance of 2500 km from the loading point, according to the current needs of the contracting authority. On the basis of this tender procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one participant in the tender procedure in accordance with the tender conditions and the offer of the selected supplier.
