France – Cultural event organisation services – Prestations de services de production déléguée de concerts et spectacles dans le cadre de la Route du Rhum destination Guadeloupe 2026

The contract covers the following services: Delegated production services for concerts and shows as part of the Route du Rhum destination Guadeloupe 2026. The Route du Rhum destination Guadeloupe is a mythical transatlantic sailing race linking Saint-Malo to Pointe-à-Pitre, whose fame far exceeds the sporting arena. Every four years, this solo race brings together the world's top international skippers and generates exceptional public enthusiasm. The start of the next edition of the Route du Rhum destination Guadeloupe will be given in Saint-Malo on 1 November 2026 (weather permitting) with the first boats expected to arrive approximately one week later. On this occasion, departure and arrival villages will be organized, on the one hand in Saint-Malo, Brittany at the start and on the other hand, in Guadeloupe at the finish, notably at the Memorial Acte and in Basse-Terre. The Memorial Acte village will be operated from 6 to 15 November 2026 for its full version (exhibition village + stage). During this full period, an awards ceremony will be organized on 13 November. In its restricted configuration (without the exhibition village), a second awards ceremony will be organized on 20 November 2026. The Basse-Terre village will be operated from 5 to 8 November 2026 on the esplanade of the port of Basse-Terre in a full configuration, namely exhibition village + stage. On these two villages, concerts/shows will be organized every evening. The subject of the present contract is the delegated production services for concerts and shows as part of the arrival villages of the Route du Rhum destination Guadeloupe 2026. The contracting authority has chosen the following allotment: - Lot n°1: Delegated production of concerts for the Basse-Terre village - Lot n°2: Delegated production of concerts for the Memorial Acte village
