The Städtisches Klinikum Solingen gGmbH (SKS / AG) is a maximum care hospital with currently 658 beds in 18 clinics and institutes. There are approximately 400 doctors in the medical service and approximately 980 employees in the nursing service. The Klinikum Solingen plans to construct a new ward building to the west of the site. To functionally connect the new building to the existing Haus E and Haus F, the existing Haus G is to be demolished. The site has a significant slope from north-east to south-west and will be cleared and prepared before construction begins. The subject of this tender is the extended rough construction work.
