III. Description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of this contract is: the service of maintaining cleanliness in the buildings of the Krakow Emergency Medical Service and on the areas outside the buildings. 2. Names and codes of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 90900000-6 Cleaning and disinfection services: 90911200-8 Building cleaning services, 90914000-7 Parking cleaning services, 90919100-3 Office equipment cleaning services, 90919200-4 Office cleaning services, 77300000-3 Gardening services. 3. The contract is divided into 6 parts: Part No. 1 (CPV: 90911200-8 Building cleaning services, 90919100-3 Office equipment cleaning services, 90919200-4 Office cleaning services). The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in the premises of the Krakow Emergency Medical Service building at ul. św. Łazarza 14. The total area to be cleaned is 2,710.52 m². The contract project for part No. 1 of the contract is annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The list of areas and categories of premises is annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The scope of work along with the cleaning schedule is specified in annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The detailed work schedule is presented in annex No. 6 to the SWZ. Parts No. 2, 3, 4, 5 The subject of the contract for parts 2, 3, 4, 5 is the provision of cleaning services in the premises of the aforementioned buildings and on the area around the buildings and parking spaces for ambulances in the indicated locations. Łazarza 14 in Kraków with an area of 8,960.82 m². The contract project for part No. 6 of the contract is annex No. 3b to the SWZ. The situational plan with the marked area is annex No. 4c to the SWZ. The scope of work along with the schedule is specified in annex No. 5b to the SWZ. The description of the procedures related to maintaining cleanliness and order is contained in annexes No. 9a-9d to the SWZ.
