Surgical Implants Orthopedic Prostheses 2026 Deadline for publication of the consolidated response(s) to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators before the deadline for submission of tenders: up to the 11th day before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Deadline by which interested economic operators may request clarifications for access to the award procedure: up to the 18th day before the deadline for receipt of tenders, in accordance with art 160, 161 of Law 98/2016. The maximum estimated value per subsequent contract is found in Section II.2. Lot List. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
