The framework agreement will be executed through the award of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The ports of the Région Occitanie have recurring needs for quay equipment intended for the berthing and mooring of ships (various types of fenders and their fixing parts, bollards, cleats, rings), as well as a floating pipe for its Hydromer dredger. This equipment is used, in particular, to replace or reinforce existing elements. The formalised procedure framework agreement will be common to all the ports of the Région Occitanie and composed of 2 lots: the first dedicated to the Supply of port quay equipment, the second to the acquisition of a floating pipe and its accessories.
