Czechia – Construction work – Rekonstrukce vojenské ubytovny a ošetřovny na bytové domy – Blok A14 Vyšný (VZCK 071/2026)

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction project "Reconstruction of military accommodation and medical facility into residential buildings - Block A14 Vyšný" based on which the existing buildings of the former military accommodation and medical facility will be reconstructed to build two residential buildings "A" and "D" and the associated public infrastructure. In relation to building "A", construction works will also be carried out for the benefit of another contractor, Blanský les, housing cooperative, which is a contractual partner of the contracting authority within the partnership agreement and will be a co-owner of the building right, of which building "A" will be a part.
