The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530 – "Forest Act"), including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and game management, meadow and pasture management, to be carried out in the Nowe Ramuki Forest District in 2027. The subject matter of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and game management, meadow and pasture management, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
