The subject of the public contract (site no. 3 and site no. 9) is the routine and specialist maintenance of public greenery and the control and maintenance of children's playgrounds under the management of the municipal district of Prague 12 according to the defined site. A more detailed specification of the subject of each site is given in Annex no. 1, Annex no. 4 and Annex no. 5 of the tender documentation. The public contract is divided into 9 parts according to the sites of performance, namely: Parts of the public contract, which are the subject of this tender documentation • Site no. 3 – Maintenance of public greenery and cleaning of public spaces (Durychova, Šatrova, U Vodojemu, Novodvorská, Smotlachova, Zelenkova and Generála Šišky) (hereinafter referred to as “site no. 3”) • Site no. 9 – Maintenance of public greenery and cleaning of public spaces (Generála Šišky, Čs. Exilu and K Vystrkovu in the part of Modřany, area in Komořany, Cholupice and Točná) (hereinafter referred to as “site no. 9”) The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that within site no. 9, the area in Cholupice and Točná will be implemented by the supplier only in the period from 1 March 2027 to 30 June 2027. The remaining 7 parts (sites) will be the subject of a separate tender procedure.
