The subject of the purchase is the renewal of the national market for transport services by sea or air of materials to the sites of the Enterprise located mainly in French Overseas (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy, French Guiana, and Réunion). This purchase also allows for the dispatch from the various sites of the Enterprise of French Overseas, until delivery either at a Supplier in mainland France designated on the execution order, or at another site of the Enterprise. Customs clearance services without associated transport will also be handled by the Contractors. Two lots are planned: -air lot -sea lot (including a technical option relating to the performance of air transport services in the event of a crisis, the terms of which will be described in the consultation file). EDF SA issues this contract notice on its own behalf and on behalf of EDF PEI. Third parties to the contract may benefit from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs. The related modalities will be detailed in the consultation file.
