Description

This contract notice concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance with guaranteed results of automated tooling storage and distribution systems operated by the RATP on its Île-de-France sites, according to levels 2, 3 and 4 of the NF X60-000 standard. The service includes:

- Systematic preventive maintenance according to levels 2, 3 and 4 of the NF X60-000 standard

- Corrective maintenance according to levels 2, 3 and 4 of the NF X60-000 standard

- Supply and management of necessary spare parts and consumables

- Complete traceability of interventions via a CMMS

- Regular reporting of activity and performance indicators

- Guarantee of achieving the availability and reliability objectives defined in the CCTP

The contract is divided into 2 distinct lots:

Lot 1: Maintenance of automated HANEL storage systems

This lot concerns all automated HANEL storage systems operated by the RATP on its various sites.

- Number of equipment: 107 storage systems (Rotomat and Lean-Lift)

- Number of sites concerned: more than 15 sites

- Location of sites: Île-de-France (Paris, Massy, Villette, Saint-Denis, Choisy, etc.)

Lot 2: Maintenance of automated storage and distribution systems of brands ELECTROCLASS, LEADER SYSTÈME, A5 SYSTÈMES, SFA-EUROMAT, KARDEX

This lot concerns all automated storage and distribution systems of brands ELECTROCLASS, LEADER SYSTÈME, A5 SYSTÈMES, SFA-EUROMAT, KARDEX operated by the RATP on its various sites.

- Number of equipment: 313 storage systems (Rotatif, Distributeur, Lift Jumper)

- Manufacturers: ELECTROCLASS (289), A5 SYSTÈMES (14), SFA-EUROMAT (6), KARDEX (3), LEADER SYSTÈME (1)

- Number of sites concerned: more than 25 sites

- Location of sites: Île-de-France (Boissy-Saint-Léger, Bagneux, Saint-Ouen, Montreuil, Issy-les-Moulineaux, etc.)

The exhaustive and detailed list of equipment by lot is given in the breakdown of the global and forfaitary price (DPGF – Annex 1 of the contract project). Candidates may submit tenders for one or two lots. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to the same tenderer is 2. Multi-lot award rule: each lot will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous offer for the lot in question, subject to the application of the evaluation criteria defined in the present RPC. Lot 1 will be awarded to the tenderer ranked first on Lot 1. Lot 2 will be awarded to the tenderer ranked first on Lot 2.
