Germany – Furniture – 1915-NA-Standortausstattung

The BWI GmbH is considering awarding a framework agreement for the supply and installation of furniture and equipment with a net value of 4,224,537.20 EUR and a maximum limit of 6,336,805.80 EUR via an open procedure. A detailed list of the respective furniture and accessories can be found in the specification of services. The procurement will be divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Collaborative furniture and meeting room equipment

Estimated contract value: 1,880,320.00 EUR net; Maximum limit: 2,820,480.00 EUR net

Lot 2: Lounge furniture

Estimated contract value: 570,549.20 EUR net; Maximum limit: 855,823.80 EUR net

Lot 3: Acoustic elements

Estimated contract value: 855,400.00 EUR net; Maximum limit: 1,283,100.00 EUR net

Lot 4: Workplace additions

Estimated contract value: 918,268.00 EUR net; Maximum limit: 1,377,402.00 EUR net
