The supplied parts must be factory new, of good quality, undamaged, must not have hidden defects and must comply with the description contained in Annex 1a to the SWZ. The supply of regenerated parts or parts assembled with the use of regenerated parts is not permitted. The supplied parts as parts and equipment of vehicles related to their safety of use and environmental protection are listed in Annex 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024.502 as amended) and therefore must meet one of the conditions specified in § 10 of the aforementioned regulation.
