Description

The subject of the contract within the "Programme for the Protection of the Population and Civil Defence for 2025-2026" are power generators: 1) power generator with equipment with a capacity of approximately 830 kVA, 1 unit (one); 2) power generator with equipment with a capacity of approximately 350 kVA, 1 unit (one); 3) power generator with equipment with a capacity of approximately 125 kVA, 2 units (two); 4) power generator with equipment with a capacity of approximately 150 kVA, 3 units (three). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex I.2. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the contract for a period of at least 24 months. 4. The contracting authority informs that any indications of common names, trademarks, manufacturer names, or images in the TED along with the annexes serve solely to determine the visual, technical and quality characteristics. Product names, trademarks, patents, or origin used in the TED along with the annexes should be treated as examples - the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent products (materials, equipment). An equivalent product is considered to be a product that will have the same functional, visual, material and technical characteristics as the specific product indicated in the TED but is marked with a different trademark, patent or origin. The quality of the equivalent product may not be lower than that described in the subject of the contract, in no way may it lower the standard and may not change the principles and technical solutions adopted in this TED, and thus deprive the User of any performance, functionality, or usefulness described or resulting from the TED. The contractor who accepts equivalent solutions (products) for the bid evaluation is obliged to prove the equivalence of the accepted solutions, including equipment and materials. In order to confirm that the equivalent solution offered meets the requirements specified in the TED, the contractor is obliged to submit with the bid a detailed description/list of the equivalent subject of the contract offered, in which for each solution it determines the features allowing for unambiguous identification of the offered solution and confirmation of compliance with the description of the subject of the contract. Note: Failure to submit such a description/list will be equivalent to accepting the solutions indicated in the TED and the annexes to the TED. 5. The information contained in this TED along with the annexes regarding parameters and functions are minimum data - the contracting authority allows the offer of products with extended functions and better parameters, provided that they meet the minimum requirements specified in this contract. 6. The contracting authority informs that it does not require the inclusion of subject evidence in the bid, with the reservation of point 3.3. TED. 7. In accordance with Article 100(1) of the pzp Act, the contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be implemented taking into account the requirements in the field of accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users, in particular in accordance with the principles of universal design, as mentioned in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13 December 2006 (Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as amended). The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in a manner guaranteeing full accessibility for all user groups, with particular consideration for people with special needs. 8. The contracting authority requires that the persons indicated by the contractor, who will participate in the execution of the contract and contact the contracting authority during the implementation of the subject of the contract, be proficient in the Polish language at a communicative level. In the event that the aforementioned persons do not speak Polish, during the term of the contract and for the needs of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the contractor is obliged to provide an interpreter at their own expense and on their own initiative.
