Stromnetz Berlin GmbH has approximately 2,500 workstation computers (APCs) (laptops, desktop PCs, tablet PCs), which can increase to approximately 3,500 APCs in the future. The workstation computers run on Windows 11 and higher, and the server systems run on Windows Server 2019 and higher. The subject of this procurement procedure is software packaging services and closely related service for the workstation computers and server systems of the contracting authority. The framework agreement has a base term from 01.04.2027 to 31.03.2031, plus two extension options of two years each. The maximum contract term is eight years. The estimated quantity to be taken up comprises 1,710 software packages over the total term. The maximum quantity is set at 1,854 software packages over the total term.
