The subject of the contract is the leasing service of printing devices along with a follow-me printing system and comprehensive servicing of the hardware and software resources offered as part of the lease. The detailed description of the subject of the order, scope, and manner and requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order are specified by: 1) the description of the subject of the order, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, 2) the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3) The scope of the contractor's service resulting from the contract template is identical to his obligation contained in the offer form. 2. The basic order implementation period is 24 months from the date of contract signature or until the allocated budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first. In the case of exercising the option right, the contract implementation period may be extended by a maximum of 24 months. The total maximum contract implementation period, including the basic order and implementation within the option right, will not exceed 48 months from the date of contract signature. 3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of changing the concluded contract in relation to the content of the selected offer in the scope regulated in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 4. Civil Liability Insurance (OC): The contractor is obliged to have, for the entire order implementation period, an insurance contract for civil liability in the scope of the conducted business activity related to the subject of this Contract for an insurance sum of not less than 10% of the contract value indicated in § 6.1 of the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. Detailed information regarding civil liability insurance is described in § 13 of the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 5. The contracting authority envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as mentioned in Article 139.1 of the Pzp Act. The contracting authority will first conduct an examination and evaluation of offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer was highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the participation conditions in the procedure.
