1. The subject of the contract is the SUPPLY OF MEDICAL SINGLE-USE EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES for the Specialist Hospital of the Virgin Mary in Częstochowa. 2. The subject of the contract is described in the assortment-price forms, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the draft contractual provisions (PPU), constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract is divided into 7 parts. 4. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. The term partial tender refers to individual parts specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a tender for any parts or for the entire subject of the contract. 5.
