This services contract aims to appoint a single auditor (statutory auditor) for the companies ORES sc, COMNEXIO sc and ORES Assets sc, which form a coherent economic group, for the financial years 2028, 2029 and 2030 and, in the event of express renewal, for the financial years 2031, 2032 and 2033. This is an occasional joint contract as defined in Article 130 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on Public Procurement.
