Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1682_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von diversen Energieverteiler-Baugruppen des Systems GTK Boxer

The contract covers the maintenance of various energy distribution assemblies of the GTK Boxer system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values and estimated requirements, and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity summarized in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2030. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2033. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
