Sweden – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Rökgasfilter MCP-åtgärder mindre fjv-anläggningar

• Mechanical filtering flue gas cleaning equipment, including assembly, installation, commissioning and testing for five biomass-fired combustion plants (Burträsk BT5, Boliden BO1, Bureå BT1, and Byske BY1/BY2 in Skellefteå Municipality, and Robertsfors RS1 in Robertsfors Municipality)

• Option to include 13 additional plants.

The full scope will be detailed in the tender documentation. The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition in accordance with the provisions of the law (SFS 2016:1146) on procurement within the utility sectors, and will be carried out in two stages:

1. Tender application – in this stage, tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements set out in E-avrop.

2. Invitation to tender – in this stage, qualified tenderers will receive the complete tender documentation with specifications and will be given the opportunity to submit a tender.

Tenders will be accepted according to the principle of the most economically advantageous tender in relation to price and quality. Tenders must be submitted for the entire scope.
