Acceptance and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Szczutowo municipality from property owners where residents live and from the territories of properties where holiday homes and other properties used for recreational purposes are located in Słupi, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2030, adopted by the resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Sejmik No. 9/25 of 2.02.2025, together with the annexes, the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Szczutowo municipality, as well as other legal provisions, including local law, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1328). 2. Data relating to the Szczutowo municipality relevant to the contract 2.1 The area of the Szczutowo municipality is 11,262 ha, of which approx. 25% of the total area of the municipality is covered by forest areas. 2.2 The municipality consists of 25 villages, 26 localities. Total number of persons covered by the municipal waste management system – 3,146 persons. Persons collecting waste selectively 100%. Total number of properties 1,206. The above information was determined on the basis of declarations submitted by residents of occupied properties and on the basis of decisions determining the size, issued by the Mayor of the Szczutowo municipality. The above data does not include the residents of the Social Assistance Home and the Children's Home in Szczutowo.
