Bulgaria – Medical consumables – „Динамична система за покупки за доставка на реактиви, химикали, консумативи и стъклария за нуждите на Медицински университет – София по проекти по СМН и по ФНИ“.

Dynamic procurement system for the supply of reagents, chemicals, consumables and laboratory glassware for the needs of the Medical University – Sofia under projects of the Medical Science Council (MSC) and projects of the Scientific Research Fund (SRF). The DPS operates in two stages: First stage – initial collection of applications for participation. Deadline for submission of initial applications - 23:59:00 on 12.08.2024. The review of the initial applications for participation will be carried out within 15 working days from the deadline for submission of initial applications. The first stage is completed. Second stage - collection of offers by specific invitations. An invitation for a specific order will not be announced until all initial applications submitted by the above deadline have been reviewed. Interested parties may submit applications for admission/inclusion in the DPS at any time. The contracting authority will review the newly submitted proposals within 15 working days of their receipt. The contracting authority will issue a decision on the admission of candidates to the DPS. The DPS will operate until 31.01.2027 inclusive, within which the contracting authority may send invitations to admitted candidates to collect offers for the delivery of specific items, according to the Technical Specification attached to the relevant invitation.
