The purpose of this procedure is to award a contract for the demolition of existing offices and the construction of dialysis rooms within the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc. The project involves, in particular: - The demolition of an office area and the backfilling of an old therapeutic pool; - The construction of dialysis facilities; - Related facilities: offices, administrative spaces, logistics and technical spaces necessary for dialysis; - The technical installations specific to dialysis are also part of the contract; - Façade works at the dialysis level; - Roof insulation works in the lower area; - Works in related areas - Maintenance for dialysis installations over a 13-year period after the provisional acceptance of the site. - Etc.
