1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the Military Institute of Medicine - National Research Institute. 2. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial bids. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more parts of the contract. A part of the contract is considered to be a single lot. 3. The contract has been divided into 4 lots: 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 and 4 to the swz 5. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the principles and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 and 6 to the swz 6. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, it provides for the possibility of invalidating the procurement procedure, if the public funds that the contracting authority intends to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it.
