I. Subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of computer equipment for various units of the University of Opole, divided into parts: 1.1. Part no. 1 – Purchase and delivery of desktop computers with accessories (keyboard + mouse) – 160 units 1.2. Part no. 2 – Purchase and delivery of laptops (portable computers) with accessories (bag + mouse) – 66 units 2. Description of the subject of the contract: 2.1. with respect to part no. 1 is annex no. 1.1 to SWZ, 2.2. with respect to part no. 2 is annex no. 1.2 to SWZ. II. Additional information: 1. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. 2. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders. 3. The contracting authority does not require employment under an employment contract, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act. 4. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Act. 5. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a bid bond. 6. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a guarantee of due performance of the contract.
