The subject of this consultation is the implementation of insurance for civil liability risks related to the use of operating (VEX) and service vehicles by La Poste in France. To date, these vehicles, commonly referred to as the "yellow fleet", are covered by a dedicated policy. The expected services also include the delegation of management of the production and claims to be awarded by the successful bidder to La Poste in France. The processing of La Poste Group data must be carried out within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission in terms of data protection.
