The Olympia Park Berlin is an extensive, listed sports and events facility with numerous sports areas, office spaces and tourist facilities on approximately 127 hectares and in about 100 buildings. The subject of the tendered service is infrastructural facility management, particularly the operation, maintenance and documentation of all non-explicitly excluded structural and technical installations, as well as general caretaking services. The aim is to preserve and restore the target condition of the technical infrastructure and to ensure smooth operation of the facilities at all times. The service includes, among other things, heating, ventilation, electrical, lighting, irrigation and floodlighting systems, water and wastewater systems, door and gate systems, as well as barriers and other technical facilities on the site. The contractor must carry out maintenance, inspection and repair in accordance with the state of the art, relevant DIN standards, manufacturer specifications and accident prevention regulations, and supplement the partly incomplete plant documentation. All services must be provided in such a way that the operation is disturbed as little as possible by users and tenants, and special requirements, for example during events, are taken into account.
