The subject of the contract is the drafting of the basic and executive project for works, activities and facilities; the works supervision, plus the health and safety coordination, relating to the refurbishment of the s’Enclusa buildings, included in Annex I of the technical specifications, which contains the graphic description with measurements and intended uses of the buildings that make up the s’Enclusa military site and subject of the contract. The need for this procurement is justified in the report issued by the Insular Director of Tourism Promotion and European Funds of the Consell Insular de Menorca dated 28 July 2026 and which is transcribed in the tender documents.
