The contract involves the delivery, implementation, operation and support of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) BOR management system (disciplines Green and Roads) for the municipalities of Maasdriel and Zaltbommel. The contract includes: • making available the required SaaS licences and hosting during the contract period; • migrating data from the current management systems; • implementing, configuring, setting up, testing and delivering the system ready for use in accordance with the Programme of Requirements; • realising and commissioning the couplings prescribed in the Programme of Requirements; • providing training for end users, functional managers and application managers; • providing helpdesk and support services during office hours (08.00–17.00), with a maximum response time of one hour in the event of critical faults; • carrying out technical management, system management, preventive and corrective maintenance, updates and upgrades during the contract period. The total estimated contract value for both municipalities together is € 647.500 excluding VAT over the entire term, including the extension options, the possible take-up of optional modules and the possible bridging extension. This estimate is based on current price levels. The Agreement contains an annual indexing arrangement. No rights can be derived from the estimate. The actual contract value depends on the actual term of the Agreement, the take-up of optional modules and the application of the indexing arrangement. The contracting authority is not obliged to use the extension options or to take up optional modules.
